Return & Refund Policy – CLOTHWISE

At CLOTHWISE, we aim for 100% accuracy in every stitched piece. Since we provide detailed size charts for all our products, we encourage customers to review them carefully before ordering.

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

We accept responsibility for a return or full refund ONLY under these conditions:

  • Damaged/Defective: The item has a visible manufacturing defect.

  • Wrong Product/Size: You received a different size or design than what you ordered.

  • Measurement Mismatch: If the garment’s physical measurements differ from the size chart provided on our website.

The Verification Process: To claim a return, you must provide clear photos or a short video of the defect/measurement issue via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Logistics & Pickup

  • If CLOTHWISE is at fault: We will arrange a free reverse pickup via our courier rider.

  • If the Customer is at fault: (e.g., ordering the wrong size without checking the chart or change of mind). In this case, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our Karachi warehouse.

3. Refund & Deduction Policy

  • Fault by CLOTHWISE: You will receive a 100% full refund of your order amount.

  • Fault by Customer: If the return is due to a size issue (where the website chart was correct) or change of mind:

    • The Original Delivery Charges (DC) paid at the time of order will be deducted from the refund amount.

    • Example: If your order was Rs. 3000 + Rs. 250 DC, you will be refunded Rs. 3000 only.

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash within 1 to 2 working days after we receive and inspect the returned parcel.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot offer returns or exchanges on:

  • Items used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

  • Outfits where tags have been removed.

  • Customized orders or "Final Sale" items.

  • Minor color variations due to screen resolution or professional lighting.
